At MON MONDE, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a seamless and reliable shopping experience.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Free UK Returns

We offer free returns on all full-price orders within the United Kingdom.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item at no cost.

Promotional & Discounted Orders

Orders placed using promotional offers, including multi-buy offers such as “buy 3 and save”, are subject to adjusted return conditions.

If part of a qualifying order is returned and the remaining items no longer meet the promotion requirements:

The original discount will no longer apply
The order will be recalculated based on the items kept
The refund will reflect the adjusted order value

As a result, the refunded amount may be lower than the original per-item price.

Free returns may not apply to promotional or discounted orders. In such cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us with details and supporting images where possible.
